ICBA would like to construct a new building to accommodate the staff who must stay at the campus for emergencies requirement or their work nature requires them to stay in the campus.
This accommodation should be of top quality and high standards as per the rules and regulations of the DM code of practice regarding health and safety measures to accommodate ICBA staff comfortably and decently.
