ICBA has a requirement to contract a supplier to provide a fully Managed Print Services (MPS) for all of its business divisions. The main purpose of this initiative is to administrate & control the print services in ICBA premises. Following are the other objectives of ICBA which should not limit to: Reduce the Cost per page. Improved Security, Control and Mobility of the print documents. Defined Service Levels with an onsite Helpdesk Document Flow Optimization. Continuous Service Improvement. Consolidation strategy with benchmarked deviceutilization. Transition plan with “Zero” impact on the flow of business.
