In line with the objective of increasing environmental sustainability and saving in cost, the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA) seeks written proposals from qualified vendors to install a solar PV grid-tied system to power all ICBA facilities and generate clean, renewable electricity from the sun. ICBA would like to generate from the solar system approximately 1,291,778 kWh/year, without burning fuel or emitting greenhouse gases and other pollutants. Bidders are requested to read the bidding documents carefully to be able to submit a responsive proposal. In submitting the proposal, bidders must respect all instructions, forms, and specifications contained in this bidding document. Failure to submit a proposal containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified may lead to the rejection of the proposal.
