The International Center for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA) seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide Security Services. The contract term will be one year with options to renew for two additional one-year terms, subject to satisfactory contract performance. All of the Bidders must be duly licensed and have the ability to perform work in accordance with all governing local authorities.
